Due to some partnership profit issues and some working timings would not match to their expectations. So, they broke their partnership in 2015. In 2016 they renamed their firms name to Lakshmi Pavan Diagnostic center.idea for starting the business is to provide all kinds of blood tests in most economical and cost effective way.The targeted audience of the business firm are mostly middle and lower middle class families. our firm provides their services for lower price when compared with the competitors in the market.Our loyalty towards customers is the result of consistently positive emotional experience, physical attribute based satisfaction and perceived value of an experience. We attract new customers by offering blood tests at lower price and providing few discounts. We provide 50% to 60% discount for their customers. Our strengths are My patients and using highly standard quality machines for getting the accurate results of the reports.We also provide training for their employees and encourages to be update on latest technologies.
